Delivery & Returns

All online orders placed Monday - Friday will be dispatched within 1 working day, by DPD or Royal Mail. Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery is £4.99 per order for UK Mainland deliveries and £9.99 for the areas shown below, or FREE when you spend over £40.

Clubs also have the option of sending all members orders of customised kit to a single address, for distribution to different members by the club themselves, this is FREE of charge. Please login and check your Club Shop page for more details.

UK Mainland EXCLUDES the following locations:

• Scottish Highlands (AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-19, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50)
• Scottish Islands (HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3)
• Northern Ireland

Orders below £40 will be charged an additional £5 delivery fee

If you have changed your mind you can return items from your order (new and un-used) to us at the address below for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately, so we can get this resolved quickly for you. Please retain all packaging and make sure to get in contact within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

If you receive your delivery and the outer packaging is damaged you should sign for it as such.

We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund under this policy in the event we inspect the products and observe any of the following:

• The products have been returned to us in an unsaleable condition
• The products appear to have been deliberately damaged
• The product has been modified from the original specification in which it was supplied
